Stody Eurovision! A celebration of the Eurovision Song Contest at Stody Lodge Gardens on Saturday 13th May 2023

Stody Lodge Gardens, the spectacular rhododendron and azalea garden near Holt, will host its own celebration of the Eurovision Song Contest on Saturday May 13 2023.

On the same day as countries vie for the winning place at the event in Liverpool, Stody will entertain visitors throughout the afternoon with a stream of Eurovision hits played across the gardens by DJ Jules as well as a Eurovision quiz and a raffle. Keen singers will be able to demonstrate their own skills thanks to Gossip’s Discos from Norwich and its 4m x 6m inflatable Karaoke screen. There will be facepainting, kids tattoos and Ukrainian themed crafts and activities.

Fundraising on the day will be in aid of Access Migrant Support, a Kings Lynn-based charity providing vital help to migrants across East Anglia, who will offer delicious, homemade British and Ukrainian treats to visitors in the garden tea rooms.

This charity supports European migrants across a wide range of issues such as housing, medical care and benefits. This is done via four busy advice clinics every week spread between Kings Lynn, Swaffham, Watton, Thetford and Wisbech. These drop-in clinics are led by the charity's multilingual project workers and volunteers.

Stody Eurovision! hopes to raise much needed money for Access Migrant Support who will be running the tea rooms and providing a wide range of delicious British and Ukrainian treats. There will be much on offer to celebrate the joy of the Eurovision Song Contest but also particularly the Ukraine, its traditions and culture.

Visitors are invited to attend wearing the blue and yellow of the Ukrainian flag as a show of support, to take full advantage of Gossip's huge outdoor karaoke screen, and all the refreshments and activities on offer in Stody's 14 acres of beautiful rhododendrons and azaleas.
